  • Neftaly Apology for the Reference Letter sent without HWSETA official Mrs Nozimbali Alidi

    Mr Richard Molefe

Apology for the Reference Letter sent without Mrs Nozimbali Alidi

As the CEO of Southern Africa Youth Project I herewith would like to send an apology on behalf of Southern Africa Youth Project.

The Reference Letter has been sent and added to the application without the permission of Mme Nozimbali Alidi. I reiterate that the Reference Letter was written notes in case the request has been approved. Then they can use that as a reference using the HWSETA Letter Head. This depends if HWSETA permits which HWSETA did not permit and neither Nozimbali Alidi did not.

Also the Reference Letter did not comply with the SayPro Policy regarding Reference Letters which authorises Reference Letters from external parties to be used.

The reference letter has not been authorised internally by me as the Chief Executive Officer. I am deeply concerned as this was sent by a team member who does not understand the proper internal processes and how Reference Letters are.

I therefore request to the entire HWSETA team to forgive us.

I also request that this should not be used to punish us in the evaluation process.

    Please receive my apology

Neftaly Malatjie | Chief Executive Officer
